I’ve had all my worst experience in this Burger King. Actually the food is OK, but customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen. I think it has to do with the training. Their employees there have no clue what they are doing.
One time they charged my card twice despite the fact that I’ve told them it already went through. I heard the card machine printing the receipt but the paper was out. I told them it was the paper, but the lady who obviously had no idea what was going on insisted that I was wrong and charged it again.
Well, when I got the bank statement, it showed that I was right. Getting the refund was even harder, because none of them knew how to give refunds! lol
I eventually found out that I have to fill out a form and wait like two months. I don’t remember if I got the refund or not, but they seriously need to step up with training.
Not only that, their employees fight each other occasionally. The WORST!
Go to Chick-fil-A right next to Burger King. They know what they are doing.
