I have used this branch exactly three times when I was managing my parent’s bank account. I always used the one up in Ellicott City, but since this branch is near from my home, I gave it a try.

All three times, depositing a check took me more than 40 minutes. I’m not kidding. One time, drive-through teller disappeared suddenly and I was stuck between the cars for about 20 minutes. When the mad customers came in, we’ve learned that the teller went for lunch without any replacement. What a joke.

So next two times, I stopped using the drive-through. Their service inside was even worse. There were about 5 people before me and it took them about 30 minutes to take care of their transactions. I wish I’m kidding, but I’m not.

One time, a teller was on her cell phone and the customers complained about it while we were waiting. Then the manager came to her and said something on her ears and the lady on the cell phone yelled at her.

After that night, I went to my parent’s house and convinced them to close the account with them. We went to M&T bank in Ellicott City and closed all accounts.

I recommend that you take a tour there. It’s pretty amazing. You will get to see the worst of the worst.
